What does the job look like?

We’re looking for a Transport Supervisor to lead a small, close-knit operation based onsite with our long-term customer Dulux in Maddington. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have real autonomy, strong customer exposure, and the opportunity to grow your career within a global logistics business.
 
You’ll oversee a dedicated team of drivers and an allocator, taking ownership of a small but critical transport operation. Acting as the senior Linfox representative onsite, you’ll balance safety, service and commercial outcomes while building a strong partnership with the customer. Key areas:
  • Leading a safety-first culture across all transport activities
  • Supervising drivers and fleet in line with fatigue management and compliance requirements
  • Working closely with the allocator to ensure efficient daily planning and service delivery
  • Building strong, professional relationships with the Dulux site team
  • Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities
  • Supporting driver development through coaching and on-the-job training
  • Ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably every day
Are you the one?
 
You’re a transport professional who enjoys leading from the front and building strong relationships while delivering consistent results. You can demonstrate:Experience in transport scheduling, coordination or supervision
  • Knowledge of Australian transport legislation and fatigue management
  • Experience working in a safety-critical environment
  • Ability to lead, support and influence a small team
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to daily operations
  • Exposure to freight operations and compliance processes
