- Design, build, deploy, and support modern workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Teams, and Dynamics, to digitise and automate business processes
- Deliver end‑to‑end project work (approximately 80% of the role), acting as the functional SME while collaborating with architects, security, cloud, data, and delivery teams
- Provide tier 1–2 support for existing M365 solutions and legacy applications, resolving complex issues and escalating where required (approximately 20% of the role)
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define problems, document use cases, and translate needs into scalable, supportable solutions
- Contribute to platform roadmap planning, AI capability evaluation, and continuous improvement of productivity tools and practices
- Create documentation, training materials, and deliver adoption and change activities to enable effective use of modern workplace technologies across the business
