What does the job look like?

An exciting opportunity is available for a 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice to join our growing Erskine Park workshop on a day shift basis (6:00am–2:30pm). This is an ongoing role offering the opportunity to continue developing your trade skills within Australia’s largest privately owned logistics company.

At Linfox, you’ll gain hands-on experience, mentoring from qualified tradespeople, and access to industry‑leading tools and technology to support your apprenticeship journey.

Key areas:

  • Assist qualified mechanics with servicing and maintaining fleet vehicles and equipment
  • Learn to diagnose faults and carry out repairs under supervision
  • Participate in training and development programs aligned to your apprenticeship stage
  • Maintain workshop tools and equipment in a safe and clean condition
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure effective communication
  • Uphold Linfox’s Vision Zero safety standards at all times

Are you the one?

If you’re a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice looking to continue your apprenticeship in a professional, safety-focused environment, this role could be for you.

You can demonstrate:

  • A genuine interest in mechanical work and continuous learning
  • Commitment to completing your apprenticeship requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong focus on safety and compliance standards
  • Basic numeracy skills for measurements and calculations
  • A valid driver licence (MR licence desirable but not essential)
