What does the job look like?
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Team Manager to lead our PM Inbound operation at our Truganina site. In this role, you’ll build a strong, transparent team culture underpinned by trust, and lead with visible safety leadership. You will coach, develop and performance manage your team to ensure we deliver consistent operational outcomes and a positive work environment. Key areas:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing inbound team to deliver daily operational plans safely and efficiently.
- Role model strong safety leadership and ensure compliance with site, customer and Linfox standards.
- Build a culture of trust and transparency that supports open communication and engagement.
- Drive effective performance management, including timely coaching conversations and clear expectations.
- Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement practical actions to uplift service and productivity outcomes.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the site to support smooth shift handovers, problem-solving and continuous improvement

- Experience leading teams in a fast‑paced operational environment (warehouse/logistics preferred).
- Demonstrated capability in performance management, including coaching, feedback, and managing underperformance.
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain clear, open communication within a team.
- Strong safety leadership with a consistent focus on safe work practices.
- Effective planning and prioritisation to meet daily shift requirements.
- Flexibility to support operational needs, including occasional weekend coverage.
