What does the job look like?

Join Linfox’s Retail team as a Network Supervisor supporting a major retailer across multiple Brisbane sites. This is a hands‑on, fast‑moving role with responsibility across Heathwood, Larapinta and Acacia Ridge, working across AM and PM shifts. You’ll lead drivers, keep operations running smoothly and ensure safety and compliance in a high‑volume metro environment. It’s a strong opportunity for someone ready to step up and progress toward a Transport Manager career path. Key areas:

  • Lead and mentor a team of drivers to ensure operational excellence and high performance.
  • Manage daily transport operations, including fleet utilisation, load planning, and dispatch coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with fatigue management, COR, and safety regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies in scheduling and route optimisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong customer relationships and service standards.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met.

Are you the one?

You’re an operational leader who thrives in fast‑paced transport environments and enjoys working across varied shifts and locations. You can demonstrate:

  • Proven leadership experience within transport, logistics or broader supply chain environments
  • Strong working knowledge of fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility requirements
  • Capability to lead dispersed driver teams across multiple sites and shift patterns
  • Sound operational decision-making under pressure
  • A continuous improvement mindset within transport scheduling and fleet operations
  • Availability to work rotating AM/PM shifts across the Brisbane network
