At Linfox, we are dedicated to empowering our team to drive success and innovation in the logistics and supply chain industry. We are in search of a dynamic and experienced MSP (Managed Services Provider) Lead to oversee and enhance our labour hire vendor relationships across Australia and New Zealand. This pivotal role is at the forefront of driving efficiency, and best practices within our vendor management processes, including the administration, management, and digitisation of agency rate cards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vendor Management: Manage national preferred supplier contracts to ensure compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in labour hire.
  • Performance and Compliance Oversight: Guarantee vendor performance meets Linfox's standards and regulatory requirements, optimising service delivery and quality.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, HR, Finance, Legal) to offer expert advice and support on labour hire, fostering standardisation and best practices.
  • Vendor Relationship and Communication: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, overseeing communications, negotiations, and effective dispute resolutions.
  • Financial and Operational Management: Oversee financial tracking and invoicing activities, aiding in workforce planning to meet business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive strategies to enhance vendor performance, relationships, and compliance, which includes managing tenders and selecting new vendors.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in vendor management, especially within labour hire, in a large organisation.
  • A strong grasp of process improvement methodologies
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The capability to lead and manage complex vendor issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance requirements, and best practices in vendor management.
  • Experience in financial tracking, contract management, and performance analysis.
  • A collaborative spirit, able to work closely with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
