What does the job look like?

Our Derrimut site is seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Administrator to support daily site performance, safety processes and customer service activities. 
 
The Administrator ensures that all administrative processes run smoothly, accurately and on time. You will play an essential role in maintaining records, coordinating communication and supporting both operational teams and customer requirements. Key areas:
 
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly invoice processing and consumable ordering for site needs.
  • Maintain safety documentation including noticeboards, toolbox updates, hazard entry into MyOsh, and meeting records.
  • Complete daily visitor inductions, documentation control, filing, archiving and digital record management.
  • Scan POD paperwork, manage POD requests, and support pallet control processes and registers.
  • Assist with transport administration tasks, and finalising weekly KPIs for the commercial team.
  • Conduct equipment audits and support onboarding processes with labour‑hire partners.
  • Perform data entry and other internal reporting requirements.

Are you the one?

You’re organised, reliable and confident working across multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism. You can demonstrate:
  • 12+ months’ experience in administration or a support‑focused role.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, and confidence working with portals and digital systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • High levels of integrity, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • A commitment to customer excellence and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines and support continuous improvement.
