Now, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team and support our operational workforce across our Truganina and Somerton sites.

What you will be doing:

As a key member of our HR Advisory team, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless employee experience and supporting day-to-day HR operations. This is a permanent full-time role ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to grow in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end employee engagement initiatives, including Reward & Recognition programs and seasonal events.
  • Managing the onboarding experience for new starters, including welcome packs and induction coordination.
  • Maintaining and reporting on key HR metrics such as absenteeism, punctuality, and leave.
  • Supporting managers with time and attendance processes and performance documentation.
  • Drafting employee letters and assisting with data collation for internal HR matters.
  • Ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date in line with compliance standards.

What we are looking for:

You are a motivated HR professional with a strong eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for people. You will also bring:

  • degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an HR administration or coordinator role is advantageous.
  • Passion for delivering or supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Effective communication skills and confidence collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (essential for site travel).
