Linfox is a leader in transport and logistics solutions, committed to delivering excellence while upholding the highest safety and compliance standards. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our BevChain Business Unit as a Site Transport Manager based out of our Stapylton location. Key areas:
- Manage transportation operations efficiently to meet customer requirements and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure seamless delivery operations, prioritising safety and meeting customer expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimise transport logistics and ensure timely deliveries.
- Oversee fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, and route planning.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to track delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive innovation in transport processes and equipment to maximise efficiency and commercial returns.

The Transport Manager is responsible for efficiently managing transportation operations for our valued customers, aligning with Linfox policies, legislative obligations, and customer requirements. This pivotal role ensures seamless delivery operations, prioritising safety and meeting customer expectations. You can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in managing transportation operations effectively, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex logistics challenges.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in transport management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement.
