Job Description

• Develop and maintain SHEQS reports and databases using tools such as Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Automate, SSIS, and SSRS
• Manage and maintain data records, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection policies
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to track KPIs, including emissions, incident reporting, and waste management
• Perform statistical and predictive analysis to identify trends and provide insights using advanced analytics and AI tools
• Create dashboards, charts, and visual reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Generate clear, concise, and actionable reports for internal stakeholders
• Support the implementation and monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs)
• Provide consistent, high-quality support to internal teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing databases and large data sets
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Should be amenable to work full onsite in our office in Alphaland Southgate Tower, Makati City
