With a strong pipeline of secured projects in Indonesia, Leighton Contractors Indonesia is looking for experienced construction professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following key roles:

1. Mechanical Estimator - minimum 10 years experience
2. Electrical Estimator - minimum 10 years experience
3. Senior Mechanical Engineer - minimum 15 years experience
4. Senior Electrical Engineer - minimum 15 years experience
5. Senior Civil Engineer - minimum 15 years experience
6. Procurement Manager - minimum 15 years experience

What You'll Contribute
These roles are crucial in ensuring the successful planning and execution of high-quality construction projects. You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
• Managing multi-area coordination and site execution.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Driving collaboration, accountability, and results for optimal outcomes.

General Requirements
To excel in these positions, you must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 - 15 years of proven experience in a similar role within the industry.
• A solid track record of successfully managing site operations and multi-area coordination.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) construction methods.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
