Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling using Power BI and other tools.
• Monitor and optimize report performance and usability.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to various departments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., construction, finance, healthcare) is advantageous
