  • Ensure that employees workers compensation wages and income protection payments are paid in accordance with legislation and insurance policies across UGL.
  • Provide support to Injury Management Advisors with the lodgement of income protection claims.
  • Ensure employees income protection payments are received and processed by payroll.
  • Provide support to Health Safety Environment and Quality team with processing invoices.
  • Manage reporting of UGL Divisional and service provider recharges, including Employee Assistance Program headcount etc.
  • Manage reports for Health Safety Environment and Quality team requirements including monthly outstanding wage reimbursements report and claims data.
  • Uploading financial metrics from insurers into Solv Injury.
