  • Knowledge and basic understanding of civil structures and design
  • Knowledge in BIM modelling, coordination & BEP (BIM Execution Plan)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Practical experience with BIM software/applications (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.)
  • Preferably skilled in generating construction Shop Drawings, CSD (Combined Services Drawings), and ISD (Installation Shop Drawings) from Revit BIM models
  • Knowledge in performing clash analysis, construction simulation, exporting construction drawings, etc.
  • Advanced understanding of BIM processes with the ability to implement them in new projects
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems under pressure
  • Passion for technology and construction
  • Capable of developing learning materials to support project teams
  • Demonstrates a reliable, responsive, and positive work ethic with high integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently
