Job Responsibilities:

• Daily liaison with engineers, consultants and managers on tendering issues for bidding of construction works

• Prepare submissions in prequalification and tendering stages by sorting out data from database, editing, formatting, and proofreading in accordance with requirements and formats from clients

• Document control of daily correspondence, past tender submissions and contract evidence etc.

• Draft reply letters and cover letters to government departments and clients from private sections related to queries and tender submissions

• Prepare presentation materials about market status and project details

• Perform market research to identify and pursue new opportunities and any ad-hoc assignments by Managers

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Engineering, Business Administration, Account, Finance or Legal studies or related discipline

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience is preferred

• Experience in construction industry is preferred

• Basic understanding of the construction industry and interests

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Business Development Analyst
