Job Responsibilities:
Daily liaison with engineers, consultants and managers on tendering issues for bidding of construction works
Prepare submissions in prequalification and tendering stages by sorting out data from database, editing, formatting, and proofreading in accordance with requirements and formats from clients
Document control of daily correspondence, past tender submissions and contract evidence etc.
Draft reply letters and cover letters to government departments and clients from private sections related to queries and tender submissions
Prepare presentation materials about market status and project details
Perform market research to identify and pursue new opportunities and any ad-hoc assignments by Managers
Job Requirement:
Degree holder in Engineering, Business Administration, Account, Finance or Legal studies or related discipline
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience is preferred
Experience in construction industry is preferred
Basic understanding of the construction industry and interests
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Candidate with more experience may be considered as Business Development Analyst
