About the role
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage day by day operational ROC and become person in-charge to maintain communication to mid leadership (Superintendent, Manager, DPM, PM, Ops Manager) and aligned the strategy coordination with site stakeholders.
- Be involved in shaping the operation strategy in shift, daily and weekly time frame with mining operation team
- Oversee all activities by ROC members
- Train and coach ROC team members
- Continuously review ROC set-up and identify improvement opportunities
- Review output data and processes and make recommendations on operational improvements
- Ensure review activities are undertaken by site personnel per infoMINE & FMS requirements
About you
- Minimum bachelor degree from related discipline
- 10 Years' experience with Operational Technology, Fleet Management System
- Good understanding about mining operation, mine planning, reporting and cost control
- Good understanding about coal and mineral mining
- Remote Operational experience will be preferable
- Proficient in mining technology, research, and development
- Proficient in day-by-day mining operational practice
- Proficient in Mining Data and Analytics
- High Level of communication skills
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of databases
- Exposure to IT/Finance/Engineering
