About the role
The Specialist Finance will ensure that the Finance & Admin department goals are achieved, by following the procedures set out in the TGS.
In this role, you will:
- Running the Finance and management reporting with attention to detail and analytical skill by organizing day-to-day accounting processes, general ledger reconciliation, cashflow, overhead and costing reporting.
- Comply and assist with Statutory reporting, Tax reporting, Bank Indonesia reporting, and other authorities reporting requirements.
- Fully understanding of the processes and procedures within project, corporate and Thiess Group.
About you
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance or Management Reporting roles
- Experience in Manufacturing or Production entities are preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication with ability to work across multiple departments
- Familiar or expert with ERP or JDE System, Microsoft 365 application and Reporting application or Consolidation application
- Attention to detail, ability to analyze financial information and adaptable to dynamic operational requirement
- High analytical skill, Initiative, Teamwork and Communication Skills
- Able to guide other and own team member for problem solving
- Discipline, time management and strict adherence to policies and procedures
