About The Role
We are seeking an individual with significant demonstrated experience as a Site Administrator supporting a mining operation. As the Site Administrator, you will will provide accurate, timely and innovative administrative support to our project and corporate based teams. This role is on an 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth.
Additionally, you will:
- Coordinate and deliver efficient and effective administration planning and support
- Maintaining rosters and inputting employee hours
- Managing mobilisation process
- employee paperwork accuracy
- booking travel & accommodation
- setting up inductions
- Maintain reports, filing systems and personnel files as directed
- Maintain correspondence notes, filing systems and process invoices and procure employees in compliance with company requirements
About You
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Experience with JDE & Inex required
- Experience in mining operations administration
- Professional, mature and reliable approach to duties and colleagues
