About the role
Our Lake Vermont Project, situated in Dysart, North Queensland is currently seeking a Carpenter to join their site services department.
As our next Carpenter, reporting to the Site Services Supervisor working a 7/7 even time roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.
Duties in your day-to-day role will include:
- Working safely and complying with the Site Safety Health and Management System.
- Carry out maintenance and repair of our camp facilities located in Dysart and at Lake Vermont Mine.
- General building and construction duties in a commercial setting
- Roofing, flashings and gutter maintenance and repair
- Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
- Complete tasks to a high standard.
- Assist other trades as required

About you
To be successful in this role you are required to have:
- Recognised Trade Qualification
- Drivers licence
- Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding – desirable
- Elevated Work Platform / Working at heights – desirable
- Post-trade experience working in a similar role.
