About the role
In this role, you will:
- Provide outstanding service management to internal customers through the provision of up to date technical expertise by ensuring the windows operating environment and related hardware and software is performing in accordance with Thiess standards and meets clients' expectations
- Coordinate with the Radio & Instrumentation department to ensure the equipment maintenance both unscheduled and scheduled,
- Monitor and report of all activities, coordinating personnel and parts.
About you
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 5 years experiences in similar role in the large mining or construction industry; broad based electronics knowledge and wireless data equipment; IT and computer literacy;
- Excellent communication, written - verbal in English; honest, hardworking, able to work under pressure and lead the team.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills;
