Maintaining relationships with our key suppliers is important to ensure that we are getting the best service available for our customers. As a Supplier Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers are compliant with our health and safety, service level requirements, along with carrying out audits and addressing any customer requirements regarding our preferred supplier network.

What you’ll do:

• Performance management of motor repairers and suppliers for Vero NZ and associated brands.
• Carry out audits and identify opportunities with repairers and suppliers to improve performance.
• Prioritize customer service, repair quality, repair cost, process evolution, governance, and compliance.
• Establish, deploy, and manage claims improvement initiatives and new automation opportunities.
• Be the point of contact for motor suppliers and their queries.
• Handle all escalated complaints made against motor suppliers.
• Report on key activities and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives

What you’ll bring:

• Tertiary or Motor Trade Qualifications (Required).
• Supplier Performance, Supply Chain or Procurement background (Required).
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects and delivering project objectives in a timely manner.
• Ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders across several business units.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in building mutually beneficial and trust-based relationships with internal partners and suppliers.
