Are you a motoring enthusiast with a knack for planning unforgettable events? Join Shannons, Australia’s leading brand for motoring enthusiasts. Known internally as an Event Support Advisor you’ll work with the team in delivering unique, high-impact experiences that drive brand engagement and customer connection.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and support Shannons-branded events end-to-end — from setup to showtime
- Execute on-site event logistics, including displays, interactive elements, vehicle presentation, and AV setup
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and event partners to ensure seamless delivery
- Identify and coordinate new event opportunities that align with growth areas and brand strategy
- Support event marketing and promotion activities, both online and in person
- Maintain showroom functionality and coordinate hosted onsite events
- Provide training and support to ESU staff to ensure consistent event delivery standards
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness, community engagement, and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in event management
- A passion for motoring, motorsport, and/or the enthusiast community
- Strong project and time management skills
- Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and working under pressure
- Hands-on skills with A/V equipment and event logistics
- Effective communication (verbal and written), problem solving, and negotiation capabilities
- A team-focused mindset and a desire to continuously grow and improve
