Infrastructure Analyst

As an investment professional in our Infrastructure and Real Assets team, you will work with senior executives on the execution of new investment opportunities and will have primary responsibility for the financial modelling, analysis, and diligence of companies in Infrastructure-related sectors. As well, you will work directly with portfolio company management to oversee and direct execution of the business plans for owned assets. The opportunity to work across the Power & Utilities, Waste, Communications, Energy and Transportation sectors will be available, as opportunities arise.

Leveraging 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, you will play a key role in the ongoing success of the team. Prior experience in financial modeling and corporate finance will be considered favorably in connection with applications. Our team values entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn new skills quickly in a fast-paced and exciting work environment. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role and majors in finance/accounting or quantitative fields are preferred.

In the Americas, our Infrastructure and Real Assets team has a well-established track record and more than $26.9 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2019. Our investment team is based in 12 cities across the Americas and are primarily responsible for investing and managing the Macquarie Infrastructure Partners family of funds, Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation, and new business initiatives across the region.
