As a Technical Business Analyst in the Banking Platforms team, you’ll work with the latest technology internally and with vendors and partners at the forefront of the payments industry. You will help deliver critical and innovative features to its market leading Debit and Credit Cards portfolio.
Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, your analytical thinking will be crucial in executing and managing configuration changes to accomplish desired feature outcomes.
You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum team to refine and write user stories, and to lead features to deliver end to end. In addition, you will drive the customer journey ensuring the best possible outcome and experience for clients.
Ideally, you’ll be an experienced Business Analyst that can demonstrate analytical thinking in executing and managing configuration changes in a Cards ecosystem, and have had experience working in an agile environment.
Your stakeholder management skills will be key to your success in this role, as you will be working alongside technical and non-technical staff of all levels. You’ll be passionate about technology and process improvement, constantly looking for new and exciting opportunities.
Expected is a sound understanding of the Cards life cycle and transaction flows, Mobile Payments (Apple / Google Pay), Collections, Scheme processing and tokenisation, as well as a demonstrated configuration knowledge of systems such as BASE Global and Visa / MasterCard will ensure your success in this role.
Bonus points if you have knowledge of working with systems such as MAPS, PEGA, SAP and Connex.
