Job Description:
The Polysomnographic student technician works under the general supervision of the Registered Polysomnography Technician (RPSGT) and/or Manager to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. This may involve polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services or patient care and education. A Polysomnographic student technician can perform their duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Polysomnographic Technician.
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited sleep technology program.
BLS Certified through the American Heart Association. Certification must be active at time of hire and maintained throughout employment in position.
