Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Facilities Management/Grounds SP Liaison, actively participates in keeping the University of Toledo’s Health Science Campus safe, clean, attractive and maintained.

Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to apply mathematical functions to calculate area, volume, ratios and application rates.
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
Ability to plan, layout, select appropriate tools and perform groundskeeping tasks in an efficient manner.
Ability and willingness to work overtime.
Maintains a valid driver’s license and must be insurable under the University of Toledo’s driving policies.
Valid commercial driver’s license required if motor equipment is of type and size regulated by Section 4506.01 and 4506.12 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Ability to pass required health and safety tests as required by the University of Toledo such as respirator fit, heart stress and pesticide screenings.
Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Pesticide Applicator’s license.
