About the Opportunity

Join Rocky Bay's Support Coordination team as Acting Team Lead and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities across Perth. This full-time fixed-term position offers the chance to lead a dedicated team while providing essential parental leave cover.

As Acting Support Coordination Team Lead, you'll guide and support a team of professionals who help NDIS participants navigate their plans and connect with services that matter most to them. This role combines hands-on leadership with the opportunity to shape service delivery and team development.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Support Coordinators, fostering professional growth and collaboration
• Ensure high-quality service delivery that puts participants at the center of everything we do
• Support team members with complex cases and provide guidance on NDIS processes
• Monitor team performance and implement improvements to enhance participant outcomes
• Collaborate with other teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service coordination
• Contribute to policy development and quality assurance initiatives

What We're Looking For

• NDIS Workers Screening
• Minimum Certificate IV in disability or qualifications relevant to this role
• Current WA Drivers Licence
• Proof of current influenza vaccine Proof of 1 x COVID-19 vaccination
• Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
