Join our welcoming Therapy Services team in Joondalup and make a difference in our customers lives. We're looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist who is passionate about person-centred care and ready to take the next step in their career.
About the Opportunity
This permanent full-time role offers you the chance to work with children, young people, and adults with diverse disabilities. You'll provide expert assessment, therapy, and support while collaborating with families, carers, and our multidisciplinary team to create meaningful outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct comprehensive speech pathology assessments and develop tailored intervention plans

Provide evidence-based therapy across speech, language, fluency, mealtimes, and social communication.

Collaborate with families, educators, and allied professionals to promote meaningful communication and participation.

Manage a varied caseload of NDIS and private clients with full support
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in disability or related field
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and knowledge
- Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism, or complex needs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites
