About the Role

- UCaaS Telephony solution by RingCentral - RingEX
- Microsoft AI Agents
- CoPilot for O365 – Post Readiness Assessment
- Optimisation of Microsoft Entra ID Protection
- Microsoft Purview evaluation
- Implementation of SOC and SIEM technologies
- Automation of on-boarding / off-boarding processes
- Standardisation of inTune application packages
- Migration of existing network stack to HPE Aruba / New Central
As an experienced Senior Systems Administrator, you will enjoy variety in your role and be keen to develop your professional skills.
Your role will involve a significant amount of project work. We are looking for an individual focused on using current and emerging technologies to help automate existing workflows and integrate systems to minimise repetitive tasks, help build out automation and AI agents that focus on routine tasks, allowing our team to redirect cognitive energy towards more complex problem solving, creativity, and innovation.
You should have a strong understanding of cyber security principles, be familiar with the Microsoft Entra platform and Microsoft Graph API.
Whilst you will be involved in project work, you will also work on the development and maintenance of systems such as:
- Microsoft 365 Defender: Full E5 Security Suite
- Virtualisation (VMWare ESXi, VMWare Horizon View, FSlogix Containers)
- Office 365 Ecosystem (MS-Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc)
- Mimecast (Email Security Gateway, Awareness Training)
- Microsoft InTune (Autopilot, Endpoint Management)
- Cisco Umbrella SIG
- Microsoft (Microsoft Windows Server 2019, MS SQL Server 2012 – 2016)
- Networking and Security (Fortigate, HPE Aruba Switching, ValoCloud SDWAN)
- Microsoft Enterprise Application Integrations (Salesforce, RingCentral…)
