Are you looking to get more meaning out of your job? How does a role in fundraising creating meaningful change for thousands of people living with disability sound?
Rocky Bay is seeking a highly capable, detail-driven admin superstar to join our high-performing Fundraising team. As our new fundraising administrator, you will play a pivotal role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes - managing systems, coordinating processes, supporting reporting and communications - and playing an active role in helping deliver impactful projects that make a real difference in the lives of people living with disability.
While experience in fundraising is a plus, it’s not essential. We’re primarily looking for someone who’s confident juggling competing priorities, loves being the go-to person in a team, and brings a professional, can-do attitude to everything they do.
About the role;
- Providing high-level admin support to the Fundraising and Submissions Advisor as part of a growing team
- Desktop research and preparing information packages for grant opportunities, fundraising prospects and sector developments
- Driving high quality and efficient acknowledgement processes and reporting
- Managing and maintaining accurate data in our CRM (Salesforce NPSP) and across monthly financial reconciliations
- Helping coordinate campaign activities and grant submissions
- Supporting the development of donor communications and stakeholder materials (we love a great proofreader!)
- Tracking timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
- Assisting in donor relationship management, supported by the wider team
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in a busy administrative role (writing, marketing or fundraising experience a bonus)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- High-level written and verbal communication abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and working with databases or CRM systems
- A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Interest in purpose-led work, with a desire to contribute to something meaningful
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or grant applications
- Familiarity with Salesforce or e-marketing tools
Benefits:
- Enjoy a variety of employee benefits, including discounts with HBF Health, discount on servicing at Ultra Tune, and special offers on Commonwealth Bank products to name a few
- Refer a friend and receive a $2,000!
- Access to fleet vehicles for work-related travel and free onsite parking
- Take advantage of our Purchased Leave Program to boost your annual leave to up to 6 weeks per year
- Excellent Salary Packaging (up to $18,550)
- Health and Wellness programs including access to Employee Assistance Program, and discounted Fitstop gym membership
