Rocky Bay is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Clinical Operations Manager to lead, develop and support a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals on a fixed term job-share basis.

Duties

• Lead a geographically based, interdisciplinary allied health team to deliver support to children, adults and their families towards achieving greater independence and participation
• Supporting children and/or adults living with disability and their families according to best practice standards
• Driving the operational performance of your team
• Build relationships in the Community

What you’ll need to have:

• An Allied Health Tertiary Degree in either Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology
• Full Registration with AHPRA or membership with SPA
• Experience in leading and managing team performance (Desirable)
• Experience working with people living with disabilities in a community setting (Desirable)
