  • Salary: $77,347 - $106,840 + Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18,550) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)
  • Full/part time positions available in Rockingham and Mandurah

Our Therapy Services team is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Pathologist to work in the South of the River

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Empower individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote effective communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.
- Utilize your expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in the field of speech pathology, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology, current registration with Speech Pathology Australia, and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
