- Salary: $55,900 - $69,998 (pro-rata) + Salary Packaging & Leave Loading
- Permanent Part Time rosters:
- between 6am-8pm (varied)
- 20-50 hours per fortnight (+ occasional weekends)
- Casual Community Support Workers (short notice)
- Locations: Ascot, Duncraig, Gosnells, Joondalup, Nollamara & the Peel Region
About a Community Support Worker role:
- Support our customers during their daily life activities and during outings, transporting to and from daily activities & activities and achieving personal goals
- Administer medication and assist with personal care
- Keeping accurate records of supports and services through timesheets, case notes, and incident reporting
- Build long lasting relationships with our customers by engaging in meaningful ways, encouraging communication and social interaction
We are looking for:
- Can demonstrate a commitment to empowering our customers and providing person-centred care respectfully
- Previous experience working with people with a range of disabilities
- Can adapt to changing needs and circumstances of individual and communities they serve
- Solid understanding of active support
