What you'll be doing:

As part of the Customer Experience & Insights department you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, implementing and measuring customer experience strategies and programs. You’ll provide the organisation with up to date and relevant data and insights that inform and enhance the strategic goals of the organisation.

What skills and experience are we looking for:

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Engage with internal teams to understand their goals and strategies.
• Develop and design research programs that focus on customer needs, attitudes, perceptions and expectations
• Undertake quantitative research, including writing surveys, fieldwork management, analysing survey results.
• Undertake qualitative research, including facilitating focus groups or interviews, analysing focus group or interview findings.
• Creating and producing insights focused reports and presentations
• Excellent time and project management skills & ability to work under pressure
• Team player
• Demonstrated ability to operate within organisational and legislative guidelines, procedures and policies.
