While our goal is to guide you towards a permanent part-time role with set shifts and dedicated customers, what matters most is your availability on at least three days:
between the hours of 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and occasionally weekends.

- Show a passion for putting people at the centre, supporting inclusion and participation.
- Bring previous experience working with people with disabilities and feel comfortable assisting those with various needs.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Are eager to learn new skills and stay compliant with NDIS requirements for a Support Worker. Rocky is proudly a Registered Training Organisation and offer Certificate III Individual Support Disability.
As a Support Worker your day will see you:
- Supporting our customers during outings, daily activities, and achieving personal goals.
- Administering medication and assisting with personal care, always prioritizing dignity and respect.
- Engaging participants in meaningful ways, encouraging communication and social interaction.
- Providing transportation to and from activities.
- Keeping accurate records of supports and services through timesheets, case notes, and incident reporting.
