| The Enrollment Coach Coordinator advances the mission of the college by providing leadership, coordination, and direct support for the Enrollment Coaching team within the Enrollment Management Department. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that prospective, admitted, and returning students receive comprehensive, student-centered guidance throughout the enrollment process. The Coordinator ensures that Enrollment Coaches meet departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and uphold consistent service standards. The Coordinator maintains a limited caseload of students to remain actively engaged in the coaching process and to model effective student case management practices. This position contributes to the institution’s goals of increased enrollment, persistence, and retention through proactive communication, training, data analysis, and collaboration across student service units. |
