Louisiana Delta Community College is seeking a creative and effective faculty member to plan, develop, and use effective teaching methods and materials to help students meet course objectives in the discipline of Biological Sciences. This faculty position will be responsible for teaching general biology courses for science majors and non-science majors. The sub-disciplines Human Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, Pathophysiology, and Zoology fall within the responsibilities of biology faculty. Faculty must also be able to effectively instruct students using a variety of techniques and evaluate student success for program assessments. The adjunct position is responsible for teaching biological science courses at the Ruston, LA campus. Position Available – January 2026 – Adjunct Instructor at the Ruston campus.
