| The Director of Institutional Advancement is responsible for overseeing major giving, annual giving, and alumnae engagement goals for the Office of Institutional Advancement. Working directly with the Vice Chancellor and Board, the Director will provide leadership and best-practice strategies to achieve the annual and campaign philanthropic goals of LDCC. The Director is responsible for actively driving annual and major gifts fundraising efforts, while managing a portfolio of 75-90 major and planned gift prospects and donors. The ideal candidate will be an experienced fundraiser and a self-directed team leader who cultivates strong relationships with alumnae/alumni, donors, and prospects to deepen engagement and increase philanthropic support for LDCC. Participation in the fast-paced environment includes some weekend and evening hours, as well as occasional travel for face-to-face visits with donors and prospects. |
