This position serves as the primary day-to-day resource for fraud-related case management, documentation, investigation coordination, identity verification review, and fraud prevention activities. The Coordinator works collaboratively with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Academic Affairs, Information Technology, Accounts Receivable, Campus Police, Judicial Affairs, and other appropriate offices ensure a timely review, accurate documentation, and appropriate institutional response.

The instructor will provide instruction in welding theory and practical applications, including welding safety, welding fundamentals, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), thermal cutting processes, weld joints and positions, blueprint and welding-symbol interpretation, fabrication, inspection, and related welding technology.
The instructor is responsible for maintaining a safe and industry-relevant welding laboratory; evaluating student knowledge and hands-on competency; maintaining instructional equipment, consumables, and materials; supporting student attainment of NCCER, AWS SENSE, and other applicable industry-based credentials; advising students; and maintaining relationships with employers and other welding-industry partners.
The position requires an experienced welding professional who can translate substantial field experience into effective instruction for traditional college students, adult learners, dual enrollment students, apprentices, incumbent workers, and individuals entering or returning to the workforce. |
