The Director is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Delta’s learning resource facilities. This position will participate in the generation of program resources and in the design and development of program operating goals, objectives, and protocols. Job duties include entering participant information into the data management system, keeping accurate records to track enrolled participants’ progress through activities, preparing data reports and conducting initial data analysis, and ensuring program compliance with state and federal regulations. This position works under the direct supervision of the EOC Program Manager. This position is funded by a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Education. The goal of this Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) program is to set a strong foundation for each participant’s educational/career progression and have a profound impact on the local workforce and economic development in the target area.
