4S Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator for Select Student Support Services (4S) serves as the primary liaison for the Determined Dawgs Scholar Academy (DDSA). DDSA is a selective, four-week summer bridge program designed to support conditionally admitted freshmen in their transition to Ferris State University. The program primarily serves students who may be the first in their family to attend college, require additional academic support, or come from under-resourced communities. In this role, the coordinator facilitates communication and collaboration among program staff, university departments, and external partners to ensure a holistic approach to student success. The coordinator reports to the Coordinator of Student Success Initiatives.
