| Primary responsibilities include programming for Ferris' degree audit platform, MyDegree (Degree Works by Ellucian). This position scribes curricular changes, generates reports, reviews curriculum proposals, and provides customer service related to MyDegree. This is a full-time, continuing position. Required: Bachelor’s degree. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. Equivalency for education is two years of full-time related work experience equals one year of education. Two years professional work experience in an office setting. |

Enrollment Services Software Specialist

| Work independently and under minimal supervision to implement and coordinate the operations of the Enrollment Services e-communication software system and any other assigned computerized system(s) that may be used in Enrollment Services. Serves as the liaison with the software company to implement and make revisions to the software. Communicate and perform duties in a manner that provides excellent service and is responsive to customer needs. Function as a ‘lead worker’ to assist others and answer questions relating to technical software systems used in the department. Required: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Database Technology, Business or equivalent. Two years of full time experience that includes working with electronic recruiting systems or large database software systems. |

| Perform custodial duties independently or within a team environment as assigned, providing a high standard of cleanliness. This is a custodial position M-F, 5:00 pm – 1:30 am. Required: High school diploma or GED equivalency. Valid driver's license. Custodial/Janitorial work experience in a commercial-hospital-school environment, in a commercial cleaning service, or completion of the Ferris State University JANUS (custodial) training. Demonstrated experience with correct operation of a variety of commercial custodial equipment such as vacuum cleaner, automatic scrubber, high speed burnisher, single disc scrubber, carpet extraction/shampoo equipment or other essential or similar custodial equipment. |
