| Independently perform/coordinate responsible support functions which may focus on a specialized area(s) of student services, such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, etc. Communicate and perform duties in a manner that provide excellent service and is responsive to customer needs. Serve as a 'lead worker’ to assist and answer questions for lower level employees. This is a CTA bargaining unit position. Required: Satisfactory completion of two years college or equivalent. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. Equivalency for education is two years of full-time related work experience equals one year of education. Two years of office experience. Experience in customer service and familiarity with state or federal regulations and banking or financial transactions. May require experience in network or software jobs and working with computer technical personnel to resolve programming difficulties. |

| The College of Arts Sciences and Education at Ferris State University seeks a diverse group of outstanding applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position. The successful applicant will teach courses in chemistry and industrial chemistry and contribute to the success of the department’s programs in industrial chemistry. Applicants must hold a master's degree in chemistry and must have previous work experience in the chemical industry outside of academia. Teaching may include undergraduate and graduate courses. Candidates are expected to foster a meaningful learning experience for our students, faculty are expected to be student-oriented, advise, and integrate current technology into the learning environment. Additionally, faculty will participate in collaborative efforts to foster curricular efforts, participate in assessment of student learning, and further develop programmatic enhancement. Specifically, we expect the candidate to be willing to engage students outside the classroom, support and expand our existing academic initiatives, and be willing to mentor students beyond a traditional academic advising role. In support of teaching, candidates will engage in scholarly/professional activities and participate in department, college, and university committees. Off-campus and online teaching may be required. Courses are to be taught in person on one of Ferris State University's Campuses. The candidate(s) selected for the position must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment and will perform duties at a Ferris site. The anticipated start date of this position is August 2026. Required: Master's degree in Chemistry. Work experience in a chemical industry (outside of academia). Experience in teaching chemistry in higher education. |

| Develop, execute, measure, and evaluate student data and produce accurate reporting and analysis to appropriate personnel for the Enrollment Services Unit, as well as, the University at large. This position utilizes Banner data to enhance existing processes and to create and refine reports germane to the University’s vision and goals. Required: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis in Computer Information Systems or related field. Two years of work experience with data development, analysis and reporting, or combination of work experience and education/training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities may qualify. |

| Work within the custodial staff to present a clean, safe, healthy environment for all facilities maintained by the Facilities Department and work with the Facilities Department, accomplishing custodial and maintenance requirements of the College.
Keep the building up to the standards that are set by the College and the Building Manager. Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends as assigned by Supervisor. Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Two years custodial experience. |
