Position Requirements: *Good customer service
*General understanding of computer hardware/software		  
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

*Assist customers who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulties with the use of university applications

*repairing/troubleshooting hardware
*Using call tracking software to create work orders
*Provide support for all IT products and services
*Update tickets with appropriate journal entries of activities
