| Summary of Position: |
Do you have excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the Eisler Center operations? If so, becoming an information service assistant allows you to use the skills you already have and to learn further skills. |

| Position Requirements: |
*Must have honest, integrity, self-confidence, and a professional attitude
*Uphold strong customer service standards for dress, greeting, phone calls, and expedient customer responses
*Ability to answer multi-line phones
*Have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Availability for some nights, weekends, and holidays
*Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
*GPA of 2.5 or higher |

| Essential Duties/Responsibilities: |
*Assist students, faculty, staff, and visiting guests upon entering the facility
*Data entry, typing, photocopying, and/or using office equipment
*Support emergency response process as needed
*Responsible for daily operations of the information desk and administrative operations |
