The position serves as the local representative within a region with responsibility for building strategic relationships with industry, government agencies, not-for-profits, educational institutions, and other organizations. The position focuses on identifying, building and maintaining external relations within the assigned region. Duties include identifying customized training options reflecting the latest trends and employer needs and liaising with internal partners for delivery. This position works closely with employers to identify and validate skills and competencies for training programs and assessments that align with industry needs.
Facilitator, KEYS Program (grant funded) Multiple campus locations
The KEYS Program Facilitator provides encouragement and support necessary to empower KEYS students to complete their course of study at the community college and eventually find self-sustaining employment. This is accomplished by intensive academic monitoring, working with student's County Assistance Offices and the KEYS grant to insure compliance so that these TANF and SNAP recipients continue to receive their cash benefits and other benefits.
Coordinator, Career Development and Transfer Services Multiple campus locations
The role coordinates and analyzes career development and transfer data, including student assessments and employment trends, to support program development and strategic decision-making. Facilitates process improvements and service enhancement, using data-driven insights to identify trends and measure effectiveness. Incumbent also serves as the unit’s lead liaison collaborating with colleagues from new student orientation and academic advising to support the new student onboarding process.

This position champions student success, academic excellence, and accessibility by introducing students to the library and its resources, at the direction of the Assistant Director, Library Public Services. The primary responsibilities include planning and oversight of public services, providing a high level of customer service to students and the college community. They ensure that library services, resources, and spaces are optimized to support student success. This person is often a first point of contact for current and potential students.
