| The position serves as the local representative within a region with responsibility for building strategic relationships with industry, government agencies, not-for-profits, educational institutions, and other organizations. The position focuses on identifying, building and maintaining external relations within the assigned region. Duties include identifying customized training options reflecting the latest trends and employer needs and liaising with internal partners for delivery. This position works closely with employers to identify and validate skills and competencies for training programs and assessments that align with industry needs. |

| The KEYS Program Facilitator provides encouragement and support necessary to empower KEYS students to complete their course of study at the community college and eventually find self-sustaining employment. This is accomplished by intensive academic monitoring, working with student's County Assistance Offices and the KEYS grant to insure compliance so that these TANF and SNAP recipients continue to receive their cash benefits and other benefits. |
