Help Students Navigate Their Path to Graduation as an Evaluator at CWI!
Are you detail‑oriented, analytical, and passionate about supporting student success? The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking an Evaluator to support the Registrar’s Office through the evaluation of graduation requirements, transfer credit, and prior learning credit while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student academic records.
In this role, you’ll work closely with students, advisors, faculty, and enrollment services teams to help students understand their academic progress and successfully achieve their educational goals.

Assist with a variety of Registrar functions, including registration support, grade changes, and commencement planning

Partner with Admissions, One Stop, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Advising, Student Affairs, and faculty to support student success
Reporting, Compliance & Continuous Improvement:

Gather, analyze, and prepare reports related to student progress, completion, and enrollment data

Maintain expert knowledge of applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Additional Instructions For Applicants:
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
