Position Summary:

Deliver digital skills education that meets educational outcomes. Provide students with support using Apple technology. May engage students using Everyone Can Code, Everyone Can Create, and/or Community Based Learning curriculum. May participate in classroom activities and lead small group projects - Onramp and Apple related technical support. Review lessons and skills with students as required. May plan and facilitate workshops or other educational activities. Lead role in device management and troubleshooting on Apple devices. Document Onramp-related projects and processes.

Essential Functions:

•Deliver instruction and support that meets educational outcomes.
• Support student success in the classroom.
• Supports and manages Onramp devices.
• Documents Onramp-related projects to share with relevant stakeholders.
• Engage students of all learning levels with patience and empathy.
• Assists with orientation, intake, registration and testing, if requested.
• Assists students with social media marketing and content development
• Attends staff meetings and training, if requested.
• Conveys by words and actions the values expected by CWI.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent in related field
• Advanced computer skills required including coding experience and device management
• Demonstrated experience with iOS software, MacBook, and iPad devices
• Ability to communicate verbally and through email in a professional manner.
• Experience working with multilingual learners in a culturally diverse, trauma-informed setting strongly preferred.

Additional Instructions For Applicants: 

Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
