Working Title:  Coordinator, Enrollment Marketing and Communication
Job Summary: Reporting to the director of enrollment marketing and communication, the coordinator will play a key role in executing recruitment messaging, with a focus on email and text communications via Slate CRM and the Mainstay chatbot, as well as the maintenance of Slate Deliver queries and the Mainstay Knowledge Base. The coordinator will also update websites and develop other copy as needed. This position involves project management, quality control, and customer service.

Essential functions the coordinator will perform are: determine projects' scope of work in order to meet departmental and enrollment objectives; produce recruitment, yield, and enrollment content; communicate effectively with stakeholders on all projects and keep detailed project records with the Jira ticketing system; produce error-free deliverables in a timely manner and in compliance with University and campaign-specific standards; review projects as requested for quality and compliance approval.

Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience.

Preferred Qualifications Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills. Detail-oriented, sound decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, dependable and resourceful, with great organizational, time management, and customer service skills. Ability to understand and synthesize complex processes into step-by-step instructions in a conversational style. Confidentiality working with sensitive data. Experience with web content management and chatbot systems, html, AP Style, Jira, and Slate CRM. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
Essential Functions / Job Duties:
  • 55% - Developing and maintaining content for emails, web, chatbot, and mailings; producing related Slate queries; and ensuring brand and campaign compliance and accuracy of all work. - (Essential)
  • 20% - Reviewing conversations in Mainstay, flag missed and incorrect items, and update and maintain Knowledge Base. - (Essential)
  • 15% - Communicating effectively with staff, students, partners, and vendors on all projects and keeping detailed records of each project in Jira ticketing system. - (Essential)
  • 5% - Determining projects’ scope of work in order to meet University and enrollment objectives. - (Essential)
  • 5% - Reviewing materials developed by other staff for quality control. Assist with and/or participate in Enrollment/University events as needed; other duties as assigned based on departmental, unit and/or divisional needs. - (Essential)
