Job Summary: | The Academic Advisor will work with students to facilitate successful and timely degree completion by monitoring student progress and providing information regarding curriculum policies, procedures, and guidelines for the degree programs that are advised. The advisor will also identify students who are experiencing academic difficulty and develop strategies for success in partnership with the student. The advisor is responsible for assisting students with reviewing degree plans, course registration, maintaining advising records and other duties related to student success. Responsible for advising related training; and/or supervision for advising assistants or others. |
