About the role

Based at our Bathurst branch, we are seeking experienced HR Truck Drivers for full time, permanent work.

• Performing loading and unloading duties of waste
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicle and/or equipment as and when required
• Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high quality customer service at all times
• Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training

About you

To be successful in the role, you will have the following:

• HR Licence
• Physically fit and comfortable pushing and pulling heavy bins
• Flexible availability
• Zero Harm Safety mindset
• Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn 
• Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test

Waste industry experience is not essential.

Cleanaway’s “Zero Harm” Safety culture means that we care about the safety of people on our sites: we have a zero tolerance to drugs and alcohol. Shortlisted candidates must be prepared to undertake a full pre-employment medical which includes drug and alcohol screening as well as a National Police Clearance if required.
